Pagi tadi (3/4/13) selepas mengantar istri tercinta seperti biasa saya berolahraga turing kecil2an sejauh 20-an kilometer kelilingan Kota Banda Aceh.
Kali ini Gampong Peunayong saya lewati sembari mencari makanan paporit saya, yakni tempe. Peunayong bukanlah tempat yang terlalu istimewa skali, cuman di tempat yang sudah kondang dengan sebutan pecinan-nya Aceh ini terdapat pasar yang lumayan komplit kalo-kalo temen-temen semua hobi blanja sayuran atau bahan2 makanan yang segar.
Kembali ke masalah tempe...
Setelah melewati macetnya simpang Surabaya, motor saya belokkan ke arah kiri menuju Pasar Peunayong. Seperti sudah ada sinyal untuk berhenti, motor saya tiba-tiba berbelok merapat ke sebuah mobil colt bak terbuka yang diatasnya duduk seorang lelaki menunggui tempe dagangannya. Dan pastinya motor saya ini merapat ke penjual tempe atas perintah saya selaku pengemudi... mosok iya sih motor saya pengen tempe qiqiqi
"bang tempe 2 ribu yang kecil..." teriak saya ke penjual tempe itu.
"bang ambil yang besar aja yaaa", balas penjual tempe itu.
"yang kecil kedelainya kurang bersih hari ini bang", sambungnya lagi.
"ok deh bang... yang penting tempe", balas saya sambil tersenyum.
Tempe sudah didapat, trus gas lagi dah motor ke arah rumah yang hanya berjarak 2 km dari Pasar Peunayong.
Sembari memutar gas pelan, saya kepikiran dengan ucapan penjual tempe tadi. Masih ada hari ini eaaa penjual yang jujur, ngasih tau barang jualannya kurang bagus. Salut saya sama abang yg jual tempe tadi, terlepas karena saya lengganannya atau bukan.
Cerita tempe hari ini bagi saya sedikit menyadarkan bahwa kejujuran itu lebih utama dibandingkan hal lain. Terlebih bagi para pedagang yang setiap waktu bisa saja tergoda untuk berbohong pada pembelinya.
Sembari nulis blog yang lebih staun enggak diisi ini, saya berdoa semoga abang yang jual tempe tadi laris manis dagangannya sepanjang hari, sepanjang minggu, dan selamanya.
